Zohal Mahboobi

Zohal Mahboobi is a Human Resources Manager with extensive interpersonal and people management skills having worked for varies industries.  She started her career in Human Resources in 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist for a janitorial firm and strenuously worked her way into a human resources managerial position.  Zohal believes that with the right policies, training, recruitment and HR guidance, organizations can empower a healthy and successful work environment. She has developed many policies and programs that keep both the interests of the employees and organizations in mind to find a mutually beneficial result.

Zohal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from York University and Business Management Diploma from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advance Learning. When Zohal isn’t drafting workplace policies or recruiting top talent, she can be found reading a book by the water, trying different restaurants in the city, or fostering kitties.
