Suhail begins his career as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in industry, steadily advancing to the position of Controller, before making a transition into public accounting. Suhail developed an expertise in delivering compliance services (audits, reviews, and NTRs, as well as personal and corporate taxation), across a diverse array of private enterprises spanning manufacturing, retail, wholesale trade, service industries, and not-for-profits.

As a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Suhail has prepared business valuations for tax and estate planning, acquisitions and divestitures, financial reporting (PPA and intangible asset valuation), as well as for shareholder and matrimonial disputes. Holding the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential, he regularly assists legal counsel and their clients with quantifying business losses and other economic damages. With a passion for working with small to mid-sized businesses, Suhail excels as a transaction advisor, providing financial due diligence services and sell-side advisory for both new and seasoned acquirers.
