Rick Grewal, CPA, CA, TEP

Rick started his career in 2007 at KPMG where he obtained his CA designation. He subsequently joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their high net worth tax group, where he completed the CICA’s In-Depth Tax Course. Rick leads the firm’s tax division and specializes in corporate reorganizations, tax consulting, tax compliance and estate litigation. Rick has assisted clients in a variety of tax specialist matters including estate freezes, post-mortem plans, tax structuring on the purchase or sale of private businesses, expert opinions in litigation matters, creditor protection strategies and voluntary disclosures. Rick also obtained his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation in 2017.
