He advises domestic and multinational owner-managed businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family office enterprises, and is a trusted advisor to private companies on a broad range of tax matters. His areas of focus include estate planning, wealth preservation and succession, complex corporate tax structuring, tax compliance, and transaction tax advisory.

Ramin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, and a facilitator for CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program.
