Nicholas Terry is a seasoned Accounting Manager with a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. He has built a strong foundation in accounting through progressive roles, starting at a mid-sized firm where he managed assurance and compilation engagements for a diverse range of clients, including charities, public service bodies, and local businesses. Later, in the financial services industry, Nicholas specialized in insurance and reinsurance accounting. His expertise in IFRS compliance and regulatory requirements, along with a keen eye for process improvements, has been crucial in achieving organizational goals.

Nicholas is also actively involved in his community, serving as Treasurer for the Brant Skills Center, a charity focused on promoting adult literacy, and coaching youth hockey, where he fosters teamwork and sportsmanship.
