Through his specialization in owner-manager compensation strategies, corporate reorganizations, and estate planning, Gurbir swiftly advanced to the role of Senior Tax Associate in 2023, followed by another promotion to Tax Manager in 2024. In his capacity as a Tax Manager at Grewal Guyatt, Gurbir concentrates on tax consulting projects and intricate tax filings, delivering efficient and cost-effective solutions through proactive tax planning and meticulous review. His expertise extends to pivotal areas such as estate freezes, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and post-mortem planning, contributing significantly to the firm’s comprehensive tax services.
