Biography
Sukhanpreet started her career in 2009 at KPMG’s private company audit practice where she obtained her CA designation. During her tenure at KPMG, Sukhanpreet advanced her career to Senior Audit Manager providing audit and advisory services to private companies, not-for-profit organizations and public sector entities. Her clients ranged from start ups to multi-million dollar organizations in various industries including manufacturing and distribution, IT and software, service organizations, hospitals and foundations.
Sukhanpreet has a strong technical understanding of various accounting frameworks including, Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations, Public Sector Accounting Standards and US GAAP. She has experience in accounting for amalgamations and reorganizations, business acquisitions and first time adoption of accounting standards. She advises on matters including auditing, financial accounting, financial statements, governance and corporate strategy.
