Nick started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. He subsequently joined Ernst & Young in their Corporate Finance and Valuation group where he completed his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation. Nick specializes in business valuations, litigation support, mergers & acquisitions, and transaction advisory services. He also has extensive experience in assurance, tax and forensic accounting.

His past experience includes being a Director of Investment Finance and Valuation at OMERS pension plan. He was also a Senior Manager of Process Improvement at the Bank of Montreal. Nick is a realtor certified by the Toronto Real Estate Board.
